Hemant Kassean is senior lecturer in the, Department of Management, Faculty of Law and Management at the University of Mauritius (UoM) since ten years. He holds an MBA from OXON and was the Head, Department of Management at the UoM from April 2008 –April 2010.  His key areas of research interest include Service quality, health care, ICT, e Gov, CRM, marketing communications, strategic marketing management issues in the local and global context. He has over 15 publications in International refereed journals and is actively involved as a member of editorial advisory boards and Co-chairs several conferences at international level. He has also conducted research projects in the field of Management
